The Universal Metal CJSC held a meeting regarding the analysis of the year-end meeting and the events plan for the new calendar year.

During the meeting, the percentage of completed tasks for the previous year was analyzed. The requirements set for the production departments in water and land were fully met according to monthly reports. The company management delivered the plan of events for the new calendar year to the management team and production department supervisors. During the meeting, the proposals of the management team were evaluated. Risks were re-evaluated during production activities. Appropriate tasks were assigned by the management to reduce the risks further. At the end of the meeting, the management assigned tasks to everyone for the development of the company in the new calendar year to complete their responsibilities properly.
